That was quick
found the josh i was looking for! even got a post tellin me where to go - that was quick. need to get sorted now with something of my own to say. praps i could start a broken rib fan club. how many of you are there out there? thanks Josh for the swarfega tipoff - not something they put on their website

I thought you might like it. Did you get any running in while the weather was good? managed 12K myself which i'm dead pleased about since it mean i'm getting back into form - way to go yet though
