Blooskyday

shouldv slept more but still got myself out for a run which wasnt half bad. weather was dead nice which helpd with my feelin good about things. made the full distance but wished id gone for a better route a bit more out of town as it was a soooo blooskyday which is my favrit sort. no nice lads to check just fat dogs and saga-louts. 

I Need Sleep

It's 2 late to write but i ought to say something. leg soooo much better and have been running this week tho had 2 B careful as ice n snow could've put me back to sq 1. cold and crisp and still tomorrow so going to try for 13 miles which is why i need sleep now. i'll let you know how it goes.

Feels sooo good!

and its not wot you think. sorry to disappoint but im talkin bout another gr8 run. anyone whos adicted to gettin out and about just knows how totally shit it is to be holed up with some painful creakin nonsense and how fantastic it is 2B up n out again.

Run with a view

got out tonite 4 a run. lookin forward to it all day and new it would feel good. turned out totally crisp with fastest time since april which is so cool to have the ribs stop creakin an moanin an shit. Also passed a dead sexy blond lad bit like maxxie from skins leaning on a wall his face all lit up by his moby as he texted (his BF - you wish!) shouldve dropped down clutchin my balls sayin if someone didnt rub em quick i'd die or something! whoops there go my levis takin the strain again

Broken Ribs

fell off bike on holiday an broke 2 ribs - most pain i've ever had. went on for ever an you dont realise just how much you do that stresses em. got real pissed cos i couldnt run or bike or swim.  still bit sore now but not stopping the fun & games. can't believe how long its taken to get sorted. any 1 done the same so we can have a good moan 'bout it?

That was quick

found the josh i was looking for! even got a post tellin me where to go - that was quick. need to get sorted now with something of my own to say.  praps i could start a broken rib fan club. how many of you are there out there? thanks Josh for the swarfega tipoff - not something they put on their website

What happens now?

Everyone seems to have a blog so thought id see what its all about. Going to do a bit of lookin at others to get a feel for it. A friend said there was this brilliant sexy blog by a gay lad called Josh but didn't know what it was called. i'm not sure how you go searching for things - google i suppose. anyone knows how to get hold of blogs i'm gonna like let me know. don't even know how people get to find this one. could get lonely out here if its just me talkin to myself. time to push the button and see what happens next...
